Service Level Agreement
Effective October 9, 2026
This Service Level Agreement describes the service levels that 4Sure Technologies LLC, which operates Authentify, targets for the production Authentify Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service you accept when activating production. The figures below are read from the same configuration Authentify uses to measure and report your monthly performance.
1. Scope
This agreement applies to the production Authentify Service on a paid plan (Growth or Scale). Sandbox is provided without any uptime or support commitment.
2. Targets by plan
Growth: 99.9% monthly uptime; 99th-percentile authorization latency of 200 ms; incident response within 24 hours; support: Email support (24-48h).
Scale: 99.9% monthly uptime; 99th-percentile authorization latency of 150 ms; incident response within 8 hours; support: Priority email support (8h).
3. How performance is measured
Uptime is measured from automated checks of the production API every 5 minutes and calculated per calendar month. Latency is measured from your own production authorization requests.
Each month’s results are calculated after the month closes and shown in the SLA tab of your dashboard, together with whether each target was met.
4. Scheduled maintenance
Scheduled maintenance windows, up to 4 hours per calendar month, are excluded from the uptime calculation.
5. Targets, not credits
These are service-level targets. Authentify reports its performance against them every month, but this agreement does not provide service credits, refunds or other financial remedies for a missed target. Contractual commitments with remedies can be agreed in a separate written agreement.
6. Changes
We may update these targets. The current version is always published on this page; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and communicated to the contact on your account.
